Jay Kaltenbach is a Central Ohio real estate professional, private investor, and farmer with deep roots in the Plain City community. Raised in Plain City, Ohio, Jay built his foundation through hard work, agriculture, and a strong connection to local values that continue to guide his personal and professional life.

He is currently based in Powell, Ohio, where he lives with his wife, Shirley. Together they have two children, Clay and Cora.

Professionally, Jay works as a licensed real estate agent and is actively involved in private real estate investment, including long-term holds and Airbnb properties. His background in farming has shaped a practical, hands-on approach to land, property, and investment strategy.
